Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve efficiency, and provide information to site operators. This policy explains what cookies our Platform uses and why.
2. Cookies We Set
We use only essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. We do not use advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking cookies.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Keeps you logged in and maintains your authenticated session | Session / 30 days | Essential |
| authjs.csrf-token | Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks | Session | Essential |
| authjs.callback-url | Stores the redirect URL after authentication | Session | Essential |
| zoom_oauth_state | Temporary token used during Zoom OAuth connection (coaches only) | 10 minutes | Essential |
3. Third-Party Cookies
Certain features of the Platform embed content from third-party services. These services may set their own cookies, which are outside of our control:
- Vimeo — video lessons are embedded using the Vimeo player. We enable Do Not Track mode (?dnt=1), but Vimeo may still set cookies for player functionality. See Vimeo's cookie policy (vimeo.com/cookie_policy).
- Zoom — live coaching sessions use the Zoom Meeting SDK. When you join a session, Zoom may set cookies on your device. See Zoom's cookie policy (zoom.us/cookie-policy).
4. Analytics
If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Plausible is a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring cookie consent.
5. Managing Cookies
Since we only use essential cookies required for the Platform to function, disabling them may prevent you from logging in or using core features. You can manage cookies through your browser settings:
- Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies in their settings or preferences menu
- You can configure your browser to block third-party cookies while still allowing first-party cookies
- Clearing cookies will log you out of the Platform
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if our cookie usage changes. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the policy was last revised.
